INTRODUCTION Effective from booking date of March 14, 2005, APLL will be the Logistics Service Provider for TJX Companies, Inc. to manage all of the divisions (TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, AJ Wright, Winners, HomeSense and TKMaxx)’ shipments ex Asia and Indian Sub-Continent to USA, Canada and UK. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a clear understanding of the origin process and work flow in line with TJX requirements

  13. Booking Requirement Vendor submit booking form (CFS or CY) to APLL at least 7 days prior to PO Cancel Date or booking cutoff day (every Friday) on the given week. Use the TJX Standard Shipping Order Form provided by APL Logistics. Prepare shipping order by Division, by DC and PO. Submit booking to APLL either by Fax or by Email to the APLL TJX Team. Incoterm must match PO. Cargo ready date must not earlier than 7 days prior to ship window start date. Total booking quantity must be within +15% or –10% against ordered quantity by PO. CFS shipment - Within 3 hours of booking in receipt, APLL will inform vendors the APLL booking numbers for cargo delivery. CY shipment – APLL will release carrier booking on the following day subject to the availability of carrier booking confirmation. Any CY booking with exceptions are subject to TJX’ approval.

Cargo Delivery • Cartons should be in apparent good condition with proper carton markings. • Applicable company name TJMaxx or Newton Buying, Marshalls, Homegoods, Concord Buying Group or AJ Wright, Winners, Homesense or TKMaxx • Complete PO# (two-digit DC prefix + six-digit root number) • Style# • Country of origin • Carton 1 of ____ • Applicable DC# and address • Pallet label 1 of ____ • Cargo must be sorted by Division, PO and Style. • Accompany a copy of packing list along with cargo delivery.

  19. SCLP (For CY Shipment only) Vendor must load the cargo according to the approved booking form Vendor must complete Security Container Load Plan (SCLP) upon completion and seal off the container. Vendor submit SCLP to APLL via email (TJMSI@apl.com) on/before APLL SI cutoff specified on carrier booking confirmation. APLL will verify SCLP against approved booking and confirm back to vendor to deliver the container to terminal if they are match. APLL will then submit SI to carrier for manifesting to US Custom If APLL do not receive SCLP from vendor for submitting SI to carrier for manifesting, the shipment will not be put onboard the planned vessel. If SCLP is different than that of booking, vendor will be responsible for deadfreight or chargeback for mixing unauthorized PO’s. Vendors will be held liable for additional SI amendment charges resulting from false declaration

Documentation • Vendor prepares documents by Division, Distribution Center, PO and by container • For US/Canada/UK agent vendors, • Vendors required to submit 1 original and 2 copy set of documents to the agent for checking. • The agent is accountable for checking the document accuracy and completeness and send the documents together with Agent Checklist to APLL within 4 calendar days counting from cargo receipt at APLL warehouse for cross-dock or within 4 calendar days from the date of the SCLP approval confirmation for factory load. 3. For all non-agent vendors, • Vendors required to submit 1 original and 2 copy set of documents to APLL directly for checking. • Delay document charge will be imposed to vendor when document submit to APLL on the 3rd day of vessel sailing (inclusive the day of sailing) • Forwarder Cargo Receipt will be issued to vendors within 1 working day after receipt of cargo, complete and correct commercial documents and local charge payment.
