Secondary Perkins IV Core Indicators 5S1 - Secondary Placement 6S1 - Nontraditional Participation 6S2 - Nontraditional Completion
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES 1S1 - IPPL (LEA Program Data) 1S1 NUMERATOR: A 2-Year Welding program had 13 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program who have met the proficient or advanced level on the statewide high school reading/language arts assessment administered by the state under Section 1111(b)(3) of the ESEA. 1S1 DENOMINATOR: The program had 16 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program who took the ESEA assessments in reading/language arts and have left secondary education in the reporting year.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Actual Calculation for 1S1 - IPPL) 1S1 IPPL in percent (%) = The 1S1 Numerator divided by the 1S1 Denominator multiplied by 100 1S1 IPPL% = 13 / 16 X 100 = 81.00% 81.00% is greater than the 1S1 FAUPL required value of 80.00% Theprogram exceeded the required core indicator value.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES 1S2 - IPPL (LEA Program Data) 1S2 NUMERATOR: A 2-Year Welding program had 15 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program who have met the proficient or advanced level on the statewide high school mathematics assessment administered by the state under Section 1111(b) (3) of the ESEA. 1S2 DENOMINATOR: The program had 16 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program who took the ESEA assessments in mathematics and who have left secondary education in the reporting year.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Actual Calculation for 1S2 - IPPL) 1S2 IPPL in percent (%) = The 1S2 Numerator divided by the 1S2 Denominator multiplied by 100 1S2 (%) = 15 / 16 X 100 = 94.00% 94.00% is greater than the 1S2 FAUPL required value of 91.00% Theprogram exceeded the required core indicator value.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES 2S1 - IPPL (LEA Program Data) 2S1 NUMERATOR: A 2-Year Welding program had 11concentrators who passed technical–skill assessments (CPAS) that are aligned with industry-recognized standards, if available and appropriate, during the reporting year. 2S1 DENOMINATOR: The program had 16concentrators who took technical– skill assessments during the reporting year.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Actual Calculation for 2S1 - IPPL) 2S1 IPPL in percent (%) = The 2S1 Numerator divided by the 2S1 Denominator multiplied by 100 2S1 (%) = 11 / 16 X 100 = 68.75% 68.75% is greater than the 2S1 FAUPL required value of 63.00% Theprogram exceeded the required core indicator value.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES 3S1 - IPPL (LEA Program Data) 3S1 NUMERATOR: A 2-Year Welding program had 11concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program reported as graduated using the state’s approved calculation for graduation rate as defined in the state’s ESEA accountability workbook. 3S1 DENOMINATOR: The program had 16 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program and left secondary education in the reporting year.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Actual Calculation for 3S1 - IPPL) 3S1 IPPL in percent (%) = The 3S1 Numerator divided by the 3S1 Denominator multiplied by 100 3S1 (%) = 11 / 16 X 100 = 68.75% 68.75% is greater than the 3S1 FAUPL required value of 64.7% Theprogram exceeded the required core indicator value.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES 4S1 - IPPL (LEA Program Data) 4S1 NUMERATOR: A 2-Year Welding program had 11concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program reported as graduated using the state’s approved calculation for graduation rate as defined in the state’s ESEA accountability workbook. 4S1 DENOMINATOR: The program had 16 concentrators who completed both years of a 2-year program and left secondary education in the reporting year.
SAMPLE PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Actual Calculation for 4S1 - IPPL) 4S1 IPPL in percent (%) = The 4S1 Numerator divided by the 4S1 Denominator multiplied by 100 4S1 (%) = 11 / 16 X 100 = 68.75% 68.75% is greater than the 4S1 FAUPL required value of 64.7% Theprogram exceeded the required core indicator value.
