  2. Description & Type I decided to design a webpage for a fictional company that relates to my database course project. This webpage will be the “official” website of the number one property management company in Southern California. Content: Company information, areas served, services offered, requests for proposals, available units for rent, applications and links. Audience: Homeowners with the intention to rent their unit and prospective/current residents interested in renting a unit. Objective: User friendly webpage that allows customers to easily browse the various services and make contact/ /apply/request proposal via online.

  3. Research & Material Sources My sources will be Remax property management (the company I Am using to rent my San Diego house) and the web. Web Host I will use the NPS Monterey as my web host. Tools I plan to use 1st Page to construct this website (but due to problems I incurred during Assignment IV, I may switchto Frontpage)
