Right click on the account And click edit
Under Online services Tab Customer can see what connectivity they have
If the customer wants To cancel it then they Have to click on remove Connection.
Removing the connectivity is Important if the customer is on express web connect and wants to Move To Direct and web connect However if the customer is already On Direct or Web connect then He/she does not have to remove the Connection, Customer can simply start Downloading The activity as they want and it willwork
How to change the Account no in Quicken
Open the account you want to use. In the Account Attributes snapshot, click Edit Account Details. Then under General information tab click on Account Details, and update the account information, If the Customer has made changes to the USER ID/PW then He/She can also update this information there. In the Account Details dialog, change the account information as necessary.
