Modifications to Format • Instead of 6 minutes 40 seconds • 20 slides running for 20 seconds each • 12 slides displaying for 30 seconds each • 6 minutes for each presentation • 60 seconds for transitions • Load next presentation • Introduce speaker • Evaluate previous presentation
Objectives for Presentations • Records Management Metrics • How helpful is the presentation in understanding how to measure and assess agency performance in managing and sharing records? • Mapping to FEA TRM • How completely & well does the product or service implement technical standards for interoperability? • Utility to Me • How useful to me and my agency is the information provided?
