  5. Guidelines Subcommittee • Scheduling a date in future for subcommittee meeting • Purpose is to discuss: • Lengthy comments received during Appendix D&E rollup • Any issues discovered during Guidelines consolidation effort

  6. REM/Rate vs. SEEM Subcommittee • Request from NEEA and Fluid • Subcommittee meeting in November • Model calibration of 3rd party software (REM/Rate NW version) to SEEM for use in utility programs. Review of input assumptions and comparing output data. • Call for volunteers

Small Commercial Subcommittee • Earth Advantage is developing a prescriptive Small Commercial package using NBI's Core Performance guide as the energy component (see handout) • Asking for help in defining model requirements • Call for volunteers to provide guidance methodology and assumptions used in the modeling to arrive at UES savings estimates
