Note for Nursing Facilities • Under ORS 433.416, you must provide to workers preventive immunization when available • At no cost to the worker • Cannot be a condition of employment • Under Healthcare Associated Infections reporting, you are required to complete an annual survey of influenza vaccinations of staff
