Highlights • Revenues up from last year. • Strong sponsorship support, increased Title was successful. • LMGC excellent site: great course and wonderful to work with. • We had 68 new players this year. • 4 golfers were board members, and 6 board members joined for the reception. • Should always have Larkin Street management play, either as underwritten or free of charge. • Believe there is an interest from CNB in supporting the 2012 tournament.
Follow Up and Next Year • This year’s follow up includes: • Email thank you to all golfers, sponsors/donors, attendees with survey • Individual follow up with all sponsors • Considerations for next year: • Continued support from board to help get golfers and sponsors on board • More golfers, though we need to determine the optimal size • Adding any elements to make it more exciting • How do we increase revenue? More sponsors, more auction items, adding an option to pay for a mulligan, adding a raffle, eventually creating a dinner versus reception (could we charge more, get more reception attendees?)
