Event Goals • Proposed Purpose: To raise money for the “Expansion Fund” • Where/Date/Time: • Looked at Bay Oaks, Timber Creek, Wildcat, Magnolia Creek • Recommend Bay Oaks • 2008 Monday (Federal Holiday) • -January 21st • -February 18th (we want to target) • -May 26th • -September 1st • -October 13th • Proposed Start Time 9:00 am • Minimum of 72 Players • Estimated Expenses = 5,490 (Green Fees, Food & Beverage, Gratuity, & Sales Tax) • Not including $1,000 deposit • Estimated Profit ($1,709 – $7,109) • Cost registration fee range of $100 - $175 • Does not include funds raised through Sponsorships

Planning the Event • Tournament Co-chair – Veronica & Luis Saucedo Vice Chair • Communication with SFEI Board and Funding Committee • Committee Coordination • Marketing • Volunteer Coordinator • Sponsor Chair • Golfer Chair • Registration • Games and contest • Prize Chair – Jennifer Mason • Get needed trophies and gifts • Arrangements for award presentation • Logistics Chair • Coordinate with the golf course • Signs for event • Arrange for photographer • Treasurer – Stephen & Nicole Williams (pending) • Communicate and Coordinate with SFEI Treasure • Support of Fundraising Committee
