Export Infrastructure Principal Projects: North-Western (Baltic) Route • Modernization of the St. Petersburg oil terminal with capacity increase from 11 to 15 mln. tonnes of oil products per year (2009). • Construction of bulk-oil terminal by Rosneftbunker in Ust-Luga. Oil products throughput capacity – 5 mln. tonnes/year incl. 3 mln. tonnes/yearof FO (2009). • Construction of black oil product terminal with capacity of 12 mln. tones/year by Summa Capital at Primorsk (2011).
