Conflict defined Conflict is as a disagreement or disharmony that occurs in groups when differences regarding ideas, methods and members are expressed. These differences ,do not have to result in a negative outcome. Used properly, the group can become closer and more aware of each others differences. With respect for one another, the group can combine ideas and be more successful in the end.
