  3. Curriculum Enhancement J. Seward Johnson Environmental Trip: • All 6th grade students go on the overnight trip to Fairview Lakes May 27th-28th • Students and chaperone sleep in cabins • More information to come . . . .

  4. Grading • School scale is used • Point System • How am I Doing? Chart • CSR - “Correct, Sign, Return” major quizzes & tests • Visit Powerschool link from JWMS webpage: http://jw.princetonk12.org/ to check your child’s grades

  5. Homework Assignments • Considered reinforcement, not given every day • Graded on scale of 0-5, 2 points deducted for each day late • Review answers during class and students correct mistakes

  6. Helpful Hints • Classroom Science Notebook - updated daily for students to check for organization or pick up copies of missed assignments • Detailed Study Guides - for every major quiz or test • Go to JWMS webpage which can link to my webpage: http://jw.princetonk12.org/teachers/aramus/ to check weekly HW as well as download pdfs • Quizlet link for vocabulary review
