5. ELECTRONIC CORROSION DCS and marshelling room comes under automation and play a major role in the output and quality of product. Corrosive gases present in industrial environment like H2S, SO2, chlorine, ammonia, nitric oxide etc enter the automation room and cause electronic failure of electronic cards. 7. COLD STORAGE Ethylene gas, also know as ripening agent. This helps the fruits, vegetables to ripen and decay. Ethylene generator are used to ripen the fruits before sending to market however to increase the shelf life of stored fruits it is important to control the ethylene gas generated by fruits and vegetables after pick, bacteria also play role in decay of fruits, so control of bacteria and ethylene gas shall help in increasing shelf life. It is easy to install in running cold storage and this can be used in transportation also.
