4. PSA OXYGEN GENERATORS • Airox Oxygen Generator machine for hospitals, are designed with maximum endurance to deliver consistent oxygen supply, with desired pressure and purity as per several international and national standards.

NITROGEN GENERATOR • PSA nitrogen systems generate a continuous flow of nitrogen at desired concentrations for various commercial markets. • Produce nitrogen with an AirSep nitrogen plant with 99.9-99.99% product concentrations. • Any AirSep gas generating plant can be designed/customized for a wide range of applications and containerized options are available for easy installation. • x`

6. OXYROOM • One external oxygen generator unit is installed mostly at terrace/rooftop or ground floor. • This pure oxygen is then delivered to an indoor space through copper pipelines. • Indoor unit releases oxygen into the room or hall & then it works automatically. • The oxygen purity in the room is maintained between 20.9 to 27% pure oxygen. The system goes on standby after reaching 27% room oxygen level. Once it reaches 22% it starts automatically.

7. REFRIGERATED COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS • Warm Compressed air enters into the air to air heat exchanger, where it is precooled by outgoing cold refrigeration air. Pre-cooling makes it possible to use a similar "more economical" refrigeration unit. Then the pre-cooled air enters into the Freon Heat Exchanger, where it is cooled down to +3o C. At thsi cool temperature, moisture condenses into liquid droplets, which are removed from air stream by a very efficient demister and automatically drained by an Automatic Drain Valve.

Airox in collaboration with AirSep Corporation, USA which the world leader in Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) & Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology which has 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of onsite PSA/VPSAOxygen Generation Systems. Each system is custom engineered for the end-user's specific site and process requirements.

9. HYPERBERIC OXYGEN CHAMBERS • Hyperbaric Chamber is a medical device used to perform treatment with Oxygen at greater pressure than normal atmospheric pressure defined as 1ATM. • The undersea and Hyperbaric medical Society (UHMS) defines Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment as treating 100% Oxygen delivered at pressure greater than 1.4 ATA. • Hyperbaric Medicine is based on significantly increasing the level of Oxygen O2 in the blood generating the strong Hyperoxia adequate for medical therapies.

10. OXYGEN BOOSTER • In PSA Oxygen generator oxygen is been produced at 4.5 bar pressure. To fill cylinders this oxygen need to be boost at 150 bar. This is possible by using oxygen booster. The oxygen is collected from PSA oxygen receiver tank, from there it is been boosted through oxygen booster and with the help of Manifold it is been filled in Cylinders.

11. MEDICAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM • The MGPS is installed to provide a safe, convenient and cost – effective system for the provisionof medical gases to the clinical and nursing staff at the point of use. It reduces the problemsassociated with the use of gas cylinders such as safety, porterage, storage and noise.

MODULAR OPERATION THEATRE • Airox Technologies provide all kinds of ceiling pendants (Double arm and Single arm) e.g.Surgery Ceiling Pendant, Endoscopy Ceiling Pendant, Anesthesia Ceiling Pendant and Combination Ceiling Pendants. All these types are designed to load surgical instruments,laparoscope, anesthesia machine, patient monitor and defibrillator as well as infusion pumps.
