  3. “The Young Professionals Group” • The YPG is the largest sub-group within the BCS. • 15,000 Young IT Professionals represented locally • by a network of volunteer Ambassadors within colleges, universities and BCS Branches. • Provides a support network, events and careers advice, notably the Job Hunters Survival Kit. • Runs a range of awards & competitions, including, The Young IS Practitioner of the Year and the BCS Programming and ITDF competitions. • Worklink, an industrial placement finding service
