Process • Process involved the entire St. John’s community via questionnaires, focus groups and one-to-one meetings • The Task Force on Strategic Planning included representatives from across the school (parents, students, teachers, staff, admin and Board members) • Resulted in a Board-Approved, Community Developed 3-5 Year Plan - Living our Mission • Facilitated by Adele Hodgson, ECIS Strategic Planning Facilitator
