Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) • The DBA is a professional doctoral degree program • Learners master and demonstrate their business leadership expertise • The 61 credit curriculum is designed so students are able to develop an advanced knowledge of the tools and processes needed to succeed as a corporate leader within the global business arena. • Offered online, the program makes extensive use of business research, case studies, and real-world business situations. • The capstone segment of the program is the Doctoral Business Project (dissertation). This project affords the learner the opportunity to expand and demonstrate knowledge within his/her professional area of expertise.

Basic Concepts • Participants will apply online with Apollos University and meet all acceptance criteria as required by the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) program as applicable. • MBA Participants will take or transfer three of the following courses into the certificate program: International Business (3 credits), Strategy and Policy (3 credits), Organizational Leadership and Change Management (3 credits), Production and Operations Management (3 credits), Managerial Finance (3 credits), Ethical Issues in Business (3 credits), or Marketing Management (3 credits). • DBA participants will take or transfer the three of the following courses into the certificate program: Survey of Global Business Opportunities and Issues (3 Credits), Corporate Strategic Planning (3 credits), International Financial Management (3 credits), Leadership: Theories and Concepts (3 credits), Ethical Leadership (3 credits), or Marketing Strategy and Practice (3 credits). • Certificate of post-doctoral All APOLLOS classes will be taught online per the standard APOLLOS classroom module. • Participants will present an oral presentation about a business plan/project/report and publish an article recognized by APOLLOS
