Commitment to MBEs • Areas is committed to working with MBEs and DBEs in the different markets we operate. • 1/3rd of Areas business, in the United States, is with ACDBEs (Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), MBEs and DBEs. • Current MBEs utilized on the Florida Turnpike Project: • Big Chef (Food Supplier) • Ideal Supply (Paper Supplier) • Green Ways of America (Landscaping Services) • Communitel, Inc. Scope of Work (Con’t) • RetailVendors: Areas USA operates 5 shops directly and 2 shops and 5 convenience stores indirectly, through FTS. • Gifts/Souvenirs • Candies • Toys • Pre-packed Food • Food & Beverage Vendors: Areas USA operates the Food & Beverage concepts in 7 plazas. • We are limited to the Brand requirements in food supplying • Cafeteria at Turley Lake • Other supplies: chemicals, paper, small ware, etc.

Scope of Work (Con’t) • Concessions/Sub-tenants: Parts of the activity of the plazas have been sub-leased to different sub-tenants: • ATM Machines • Advertising Systems • Service Plaza Maintenance: The complexity of the operation requires continuous maintenance in the plaza’s infrastructure and equipment: • HVAC • Landscaping • Equipment • Waste removal • Etc.

Scope of Work (Con’t) • Project spans over 200 miles along Florida's Turnpike • 8 Service Plazas • 15 Buildings: • 12-LEED Certified Silver • 5- 3,500 square feet “C” Stores • 4- New restaurant buildings • 3-Remodeled restaurant buildings • 1-New restroom facility • 7- New Fuel Canopies and Service Islands • 1 – New Waste Water Facility

Scope of Work (Con’t) • Construction of the new plazas including site work. • Opportunities are available through three separate companies: • OHL-Arellano: Site work-civil, paving, landscape and irrigation • FTS: Fuel Systems, Tenant fit out of “C” stores • Areas USA: Low voltage systems, kitchen equipment and furnishings
