Region Information Management Coordinators (IMCs) • Each of 10 IEEE global regions has Region Information Management Coordinator (IMC) • Formerly ECC • Region IMCs are trained on vTools • vTools = Volunteer Tools • Online training available…vtools.ieee.org • One of Region IMCs roles – train Section IMCs • Section Chairs must designate Section IMC • Region 4 IMC (Greg Burk) will train them

WebInABox • Generated section websites provide: • Home Page – welcome message, auto expiring announcements, and a picture • Calendar Page - lists section events from vTools.Meetings • Officer Information Page - lists section officer information* (Volunteers can specify what officers' information should be shown: name, position, e-mail, phone, etc.) • Other Units Page - information on chapters, affiliate groups, student branches* • Blog Page – pulls information from your blog on EWH or elsewhere • Links Page - a number of IEEE links plus custom links specified by volunteers * Data pulled from central IEEE data source as reported to IEEE. 9 Oct 16, 2010
