Kumon is a unique home-based learning programme, which helps develop daily study habit and discipline in kids besides helping them in self-learning. The Kumon method believes that the best of academic abilities can be instilled in a child only by making them adhere to the methods of teaching at home. Therefore, the Kumon programme is designed in a manner where a child achieves excellence with the help of the combined efforts of parents and instructors. Twice a week, students take classes from the instructor and on the basis of the classwork observation, the instructor assigns homework sheets for the next five days to allow them to work independently, thus making Kumon a 365 days programme.
