  2. Definitions Histogram: Frequency Histogram: Relative Frequency Histogram: A bar graph that shows the frequency of data from the Heights of the bars. The bars ARE ALWAYS connected. Displays the number of values that fall into each interval. Displays the percent of values that fall into each interval.

  6. Constructing a Freq. Histogram • Math Test scores: 75 67 93 99 81 85 92 50 80 94 51 96 85 73 84 82 91 87 77 78 73 86 71 77 85 Construct a frequency histogram to display the test scores. Use five equal size intervals. *Range: 99 – 50 = 49 ; 49 / 5 ≈ 10 even intervals
