  2. Important Information! • Please retain all packing materials – cardboard box, foam and antistatic bag - that came with the replacement unit. You will need these packing materials to return the defective unit. • Failure to return the defective unit to TippingPoint or a TippingPoint Authorized Repair vendor within 10 days after receipt of the replacement unit will result in TippingPoint invoicing you for the current list price of a new unit of the same model. • Please consult the pictures associated with this document to clearly understand what components to either send back with the defective unit or to retain and configure with your replacement unit. Failure to return the components outlined may result in TippingPoint invoicing you for these items. Important!

  3. Returning the Defective Unit • If the replacement unit was received from a distributor, please return the defective unit to that distributor. • If the replacement unit was received directly from the TippingPoint distribution center, please return the defective unit to the corresponding TippingPoint repair center that supports that distribution center. • If you received the replacement unit from the distribution center in the United States, please return the defective unit to Ecomtek. • If you received the replacement unit from the distribution center in The Netherlands, please return the defective unit to Regenesis. • If you received the replacement unit from the distribution center in the Singapore, please return the defective unit to mDR.   7. Place the unit into the antistatic poly bag (TP10) Place the unit in the poly bag. Place the power brick inside the small carton. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us (USA 512-681-8015) or email us at returns@tippingpoint.com

  8. Attach the foam end caps to the unit (TP10) Install foam end caps. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us (USA 512-681-8015) or email us at returns@tippingpoint.com

  9. Place the unit into the cardboard box (TP10) Place TP10 and power brick in the original shipping carton. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us (USA 512-681-8015) or email us at returns@tippingpoint.com
