Bad Warm-Up Consequences • Injury • Bad performance
Cool Down • Go for a cool down run/jog after last event • Stretch
Nutrition • Eat healthy all season • Bring healthy snacks for meets • Drink lots of water all season • Especially meet days
Equipment: Shoes • New shoes each season • Get right type of shoe • 3 different types of running shoes • Spikes optional • Help perform better
Poor Shoes Consequences • INJURY!!!! • Bad performance
