Service to JOB SEEKERS • INFORMATION -initial contact -information for young people with no work experience -information on living and working conditions • JOB SEEKING -labour market opportunities -search for job vacancies and potential employers -job-search techniques • COUNCELLING AND GUIDING -interview and advice -councelling interview
JOB SEEKERS – Information Initial Contact: • Identify the client´s key requirements and level of service needed • Analyse expectations and opportunities • Refer the client to appropriate information or contact persons. • Information to young people with no work experience: • Plan and organise information seminars/workshops • Give information to school- leavers • Explain labour market situation • Encourage the identification of realistic expectations and options, • Make the cilient aware of accommodation, language matters and social and economical aspects
JOB SEEKERS – Information Information on Living and Working Conditions: • Provide information on living and working condistions including such things as national insurance, health-care, work contracts, car importation and driving licenses • Information on legal aspects such as taxes, employer & employee and residence permit • Information about cultural and social envirenment such as cultural awareness, population and geography • Advise the client to take responsibility and encourage them to contact the relevant authorities
JOB SEEKERS – Job- Seeking Labour Market opportunities: • Determine if tehere are possibilities in the professional sector according to the client´s profile and wishes • Information research on the targeted labour markets • Advise on legal matters and guide towards legal specialists Search for job vacancies and potential employers • Identify client´s needs and types of job vacancies and companies to target • Determine countries and types of activities requested by client • Provide information on where to find job vacancies and potential employers • Target companies according to client´s needs
JOB SEEKERS – Job- Seeking Job search techniques: • Advise on the best job search and application techniques in the specific case • Adapting the CV to the targeted countries and professions • Organize seminars on how to make CV and feedback on client applications
JOB SEEKERS – counselling and guiding Interview and advice: • Analyse the motivation/objectives of the client • Identify language and work skills and personal qualifications • Focus on known job opportunities, voluntary organisations and possibilities for studying abroad • Advice on ways of finding information on job vacancies in a specific country Councelling interview: • Assisting the client in turning towards a professional process which fulfills their expectations and matches their aspirations and abilities • Guide the person in a professional evoluation process by checking precisely their particular qualifications, abilities and aptitudes

EMPLOYERS The Vacancy: Establish contact with the company and the recruitment manager to specify- the needs, -the job profile -salary scale -work contract -how to advertise discuss about support to the candidate and advise on follow up procedures etc.
EMPLOYERS Facilitating recruitment Based on employers needs -arrange large-scale recruitment -arrange employment fairs and forums so that the employer can easily find the competence
EMPLOYERS Prospecting: • Target the companies, Draw-up an action plan, • Meet/correspond with the employer on a regular basis • Estabilish and develop the relationship • Evaluate the actionplan results.
EMPLOYERS Information and Advice: • Inform and guide the employer towards national organisations and authorities in the target countries • Inform about staff avalibility outside national borders for a specific type of job • Inform about work contracts for various types of assigments • Inform the employer to think in a wide perpective by employment eg. family situation of the applicant, the relocation etc. to success with the long lasting employment
