Some brands placed on shelves are not pasteurized, which is why you must read the labels when buying any juice or milk. Food to eat Enough with all the foods to avoid, the good news is that some foods aren’t forbidden; however, they are part of the pregnant women diet, which must be taken in their right proportion. Soft Cheeses: Such as Gorgonzola, feta, and Brie were regarded to be potentially harmful because they can keep listeria. Listeriosis is a disease resulting from the bacterial listeria and transferred to the fetus leading to premature delivery, miscarriage, or stillbirth.
