Six Member Team: MSCHE SLA Institute (June 12-13) • Sustain motivation & advance implementation of assessment • Develop rubrics for the analysis of SLA reports incorporating MSCHE (14) and Malcolm Baldrige (7) standards • OMCA Feedback Academic Assessment plans (First Sem) • Develop an outline for Annual Institutional Assessment Report
On-line implementation of the Malcolm Baldrige Are we Making Progress (15 minute) survey (May/June) – Gap Analysis (a) Chancellor & Deans (b) Dept Directors & Assoc Deans • Five (5) day examiner training by IOWAQC (September) – Des Moines, IA (2-3 people) Budget
Institutional Weakness Administrative/Service Units • Forty-four (44%) percent of the administrative offices are not aware of how effective they are in providing services to the students (MSCHE Self-Study). • Most of them do not have any assessment plan(2005 Needs Assessment Survey).
