Food is benefit substance that support your body growth. Food is grouped into 4 mainly groups which consider on the nutrient from the food. It consists of 1) grains, beans and starchy vegetable, 2) meat and milk , 3)fruits and vegetables , and 4 ) fat .

  1. Food is benefit substance that support your body growth. Food is grouped into 4 mainly groups which consider on the nutrient from the food. It consists of 1) grains, beans and starchy vegetable,2) meat and milk, 3)fruits and vegetables ,and 4)fat. Grains and starchy vegetable is a kind of food that provide energy to our body such as rice, potato, and bread. Meat and milk give protein that help our body to repair itself and grow such as pork, milk, and fish.Fruit and vegetable provide vitamins and mineral which is support our body development such as carrot, apple and lettuce. And fat is the important component for the body growth such as sweet, snack and whisky.
