  2. Objectives • Preview the previous Council Meeting report to see the lesson learnt during facilitating. • To work with the PPD team to design the Meeting agenda • To prepare for logistics to ensure that the meeting run well with their objectives.

  3. Output • To provide completion reports of the meetings & provide recommendation for the next meeting (Operation manual for 2012) • Enlarge the Alumni Network

  4. Propose target groups • Council Members => To provide comments on Operation Plan • MI Departments’ Managers => To present what departments are doing • Cambodia Host team members => To fulfill the hostactivities • Represent of MI in Cambodia => to give reflection on the applicable of MI learning lesson • MI facilitation Team => To facilitate 2 meetings

  5. Intervention Design • Time: 16th December 2011 • Venue: SOKHA ANGKOR RESORT

  6. Accommodation SOKHA ANGKOR RESORT Sokha Angkor Resort is strategically located in the heart of Siem Reap. Walking distance to the Old Market Place popular for local handicrafts, a 10 minute drive to the Airport and 15 minutes to the world famous Angkor Wat Temples.

  7. Activities • Provide expected invitee to Cambodia • Propose venue to Cambodia host • Contact Cambodia Alumni to select the relevant success case study • Prepare logistic for Council meeting and 15th MI Anniversary.

  8. Target Allocation • Pre Dustin • Review the previous Council Meeting & Summary the lesson learnt from the previous facilitation team/1st week • Brochures + Press Release + Banners • Travel arrangement for MI Staff/4th week • Finance clearance Medsai • Contacting point + logistic (Meeting venue + field trip + ticket booking)/3rd week KV • Design Agenda/1st week + Contacting target groups/2nd week • Sending invitation letters/4th week
