AIESEC Canada Increase outgoing exchange participant realizations (EK) • Establish a pool based Country to Country Partnerships for recruiting Outgoing MT/DT Exchange Participants • Develop and implement a pocket recruitment for ET EPs • Create ongoing recruitment to drive consistent results • Create matching initiatives to support LCs in increasing raised to realized ratio
