AZ Perspectives Not Used to: • Determine monetary rewards • Assess candidates for succession or selection processes • Incorporate into the performance appraisal process

Ground Rules • AZ Perspectives report is given to the individual, and his/her manager does not receive a copy. • AZ Perspectives report only given during participation in a facilitated session. • Expect individual to share “findings” with all who provided feedback. • Individual is required to review “findings” and development plan with his/her manager. • Follow-up mini-survey after six months optional.
