Does health/nutritional status shift this balance? Need to compare two states, with known effect, so we can define the power of the data. Need dynamic data, where possible. Embrace variance and ranges of response. Need to consider data transformations and pathway relationships. Composition analysis of covariants metabolites (i.e. do patterns change). Substrate:Product Ratios.
