What, how, when • Reporting every 3 months (see partner contract) • Report on activities and time committed to the project • Report on the content • Overview of activities within a work package by the work package leader • Information on contribution to other work packages • Narrative report, describing the activities carried out, preview of next steps with a timetable • Form with overview on time / costs

  3. Communication • Telephone conferences not fixed, only when needed, between partners concerned • Skype? Technical equipment: soundcard, headset, sometimes problems with firewall • emails: please read your mails on a weekly basis and respond in any case (message got – will respond…) • Urgent case – which telephone number? • Information to the partners about holidays, business…..
