  2. Kidney stones are the solid build-up on the lining of the liver caused as a result of a buildup of dissolved minerals. These stones can be formed with the combination of the Calcium with other chemicals like oxalate or phosphorous, in the urine. They can also be caused by the build of uric acid. When these substances become so concentrated that they solidify they can turn into kidney stones. The size of the stone can vary from the minute dot to the golf ball.

The small stones can pass through the urinary tract easily without even getting noticed while other may cause extreme pain.  But now the good news is that you can get rid of these kidney stones easily with the diet. With this article, we will discuss the foods to eat and avoid for the kidney stones patients.
