Please drop by during a break prior to your presentation to upload your talk and familiarize yourself with the system • Please make a copy of your presentation available to Patricia: • Preferred: Put a copy in the “Hall A Talks” folder on the presentation computer’s desktop • Emailing a URL to solvigno@jlab.org is also okay (try to avoid emailing large files)

  3. Reminder: if you have not registered for the Hall A meeting, please do so from the link on the Hall A website: http://hallaweb.jlab.org The coffee breaks are no longer provided by JLab, and they need to be paid by the participants (students participants do not pay)

Mass) Elected 2011 Secretary • Patricia Solvignon-Slifer (JLab) Elected 2011 • Vincent Sulkosky (MIT) Elected 2010 Chair • Election results: • WouterDeconinck and Julie Roche have been elected as new Hall A CC members • Dipangkar and Vince will be stepping down tomorrow We would like to thank the Hall A staff and the collaboration for all their help over the last two years

  6. PAC 39 Proposals • We received two proposals for review: CREX and Neutron form factor ratio measurement by the Double- polarized reaction. • Both were granted Hall A status. • Two other Hall A proposals were submitted: • Proton SIDIS using SoLID (previously conditionally approved) • J/ψ threshold electro-production using SoLID (not submitted for Hall A review) • I would like to thank those that reviewed the proposals (both volunteers and those by coercion).
