  1. WATCHING CABLE TV ON COMMUNITY ROOM SCREEN NB: This is a two wand/two device operation. Starting goal is to have both devices (TV and cable box) OFF. These instructions presume that condition. Black Samsung wand controls TV Gunmetal grey xfinity wand controls the cable box On/Off and channel selection PROCEDURE: 1) On grey xfinity wand, press ALL ON. This should make green light go on, on cable box and bring up blue screen on TV. 2) Click Source on black TV wand. This should bring a menu of options. 3) Use Arrows to move to Cable STB (see screen above for view); Select this option by clicking the button in the middle of the arrow cluster. There is a 1-3 second delay while the cable is loading. Be patient. At this point, all is ready for your cable viewing choices. 4) To change channels, use the CH up/down button on the grey Xfinity wand. 5) To turn off TV & system: Hit ALL ON on grey xfinity wand; Wait 7-10 seconds until blue screen comes onto TV screen 6) Use black Samsung TV wand to click red power key; this ensures system is ready for the next person. Arrows for choosing Cable STB form a circle around the select button
