Project Video • Upload on Youtube using the same google account used for creating your project website • Video duration • Minimum of 150 secs • Maximum of 210 secs

Project Video • 6 – 15 secs: Introduction of each member in increasing order of roll numbers with name, roll number, and class. Sample script given below: • “Hi, my name is Ajith Kumar U. My roll number is 14BCS100, department of Computer Science and Engineering, 3rd Year A-Section” • The last member should also mention the Supervisor’s Name, Designation, and Department as: • “Our Project Supervisor is Reghu Anguswamy, Assistant Professor, Computer Science and Engineering.”
Project Video • 16 – 45 secs • 2 to 4 slides briefly introducing your project, problem domain and definition, motivation for the project, and implementation details. • The slides must be accompanied by audio explaining the slides.
Project Video • 46 secs – till end • Must basically be a video of your project demo • May include video snapshots using screenshot capture OR/AND • Live shoot your project in actions OR/AND • Add slides in between to explain the concepts/block diagrams • Must always have audio in background which should be basically explain what is going on in the video • Be creative and feel free to show your talent in preparing videos • ADDITIONAL OF SPECIAL EFFECTS/MUSIC etc. must be approved in prior by your guide
Project CD • Folders: • Report – Must contain the final report in both MS-Word and PDF formats • Website – Must contain page-wise contents from your website (copy paste the contents from a page to a word document and save the file as “page-name.rtf” or “page-name.doc”. For example, if you have page “Background”, then copy paste the contents to a file named “Background.doc” • Attachments • Source Code - must contain the entire source code • Any additional folders as necessary • Include the detailed README file at the top – level: basically this should give me all the details to access the Source Code folder and run your application.
Project Final Report • STRICTLY FOLLOW THE FORMATTING and CONTENT GUIDELINES • Template will be uploaded on the class project website under the guidelines page
