It measures 15.4 in x 3.75 ftx 26.7 cm. 1.8 deciliters of water is removed from the top of the tank and a cone shaped volcano with a height of 12.3 inches and a radius of 4.8 cm is then added to the tank. How high is water in the tank in miles? Round to the nearest ten thousandth of a mile.

Round to the nearest second.
