Thailand CDM’s Policy • The Cabinet will give final approval for the operation of CDM project case by case; • Contribute to National Sustainable Development Plan; • Technology transfer and capacity building; • Gives priority of benefits to local community; and • The first phase of CDM will give priority to CDM in the Energy Sector and the 2nd phase is under consideration.
