Using the Control Panel To show/hide the Control Panel: click on the double arrow button (to the left of the panel). Maximizing the window: click the maximize button on the GoToWebinar viewer or the control panel to fill your screen.
Using the Control Panel To ask questions during the webinar: open/show the control panel and type in a question in the box that says “[Enter a question for staff]” then hit Send

Overview of Creating Courses, Exams and Surveys • You are able to add your own content to an Essential Learning course, such as Fire Safety or Sexual Harassment. This means you can add your agency’s policies and procedures on very important topics to the Essential Learning courses. • You can also create your own online courses & tracking courses
What are they used for? • Courses are used to convey important information to users. Exams are used to test competency in course content. Surveys are used to receive feedback from the user on the course. • Tracking courses are used to track items which an employee cannot complete online, such as auto insurance or professional license renewal.
Who can create/modify Courses, Exams and Surveys? • Administrators • Instructors can create new courses and modify courses that are assigned to them • Supervisors with User and Enrollment Management access may enroll users into courses & mark learners complete for courses
Examples of How You May Use Courses, Exams and Surveys • Create tracking courses to track your users’ professional license, auto insurance or drivers’ license renewal • Create an online course to provide just-in-time training to users on a topic • Create an online course with all of your agency policies & procedures & let new users review these documents online
