  1. ST-3 E-Filing Generation Procedure

  2. Step 1 : Go to Report >> Click on ST-3 Form

  3. Step 2 : Select Period First Half OR Second Half as per your return filing period andclick on Print to proceed further 11/19/2014

  4. Step 3: . Select Service Name under Premise in Service Selection Menu and click on Ok

  5. Step 4: . Click on Section A >> then on Next and Select Service name as per e-file and click on save

  6. Step 5: • After RPT report generation on the screen, for creating E-File of ST-3, click on e-file button provided at bottom

  7. Step 5: After click on e-file here you can select path for saving ST-3 excel file and click on Ok

  8. Step 6: After generating ST-3 excel file, software will ask you to open folder
