Opening Your Account • When you meet with a banking representative you will need: • Photo identification (ID) • You may need a social security card, Tax Identification Number (TIN), or proof of your address, i.e.: utility bill or lease • Cash or a check to start the account • A PIN or password for debit card

Account Opening Checklist • Be sure you understand the terms and conditions of your account • Be sure you know where and how to access your funds • After the banker explains the product – review your checklist to ensure all questions were answered
