A roster of all patients seen during the time period being reviewed will be sent to UWP by 03/31/99. The programming and testing to complete this initiative is nearly complete (90%). Mamae Teklemariam, Ken Bass and John Luker will review performance of the system by 04/15/99 to decide if the current CARS functionality is sufficient to meet Interpreter Services user requirements. If not, Interpreter Services will need to rely upon the scheduled roll-out of the EPIC scheduling software.
