Vouch 100% of payments On receipt of each monthly claim (itemising all payments made by LAG) from Local Action Group Managing Authority will check claim reviewing invoices/receipts Papers.
ARTICLE 4 • Article 4 is 100% check of all payments to projects and is carried out by local Managing Authority staff • Important element is job validation • Examines procedures used by group (ie)

ARTICLE 10 Checks all the procedures used by both the Managing Authority and the LAG
Mid Term Evaluation Carried out at the half way stage of the program Gives opportunity to implement changes recommended by the Mid term Evaluation Panel. Panel is constituted from representative group from LEADER
Mid Term Review • Examines the implementation of the recommendations of the Mid Term Evaluatation
Statistiacal Analysis • Northern Ireland Statistical Reasearch Agency (NISRA) produce all statistical analysis of the programme. • Feed in to Mid Term Evaluation • Regularly produce statistics for the Managing Authority
Mid Term Review • Examines the implementation of the recommendations of the Mid Term Evaluatation
