3. Stage mixing bowl under mixer • Ensure it is to be picked up by mixer 4. Begin mixing ingredients (Green button on right hand side of mixer) • 20 min mix time
5. Set up can opener 6. Open and unload cans of condensed milk • Condensed milk per bowl changes per recipe 7. Weigh extra sugar for bowl and pour in each bowl • Extra sugar per bowl changes per recipe Can opener used Scale used Open can location
8. Stop mixer and scrape batter off side of bowl(s) and mixing bit 9. Pour condensed milk into bowls and restart mixer • Pour partial can, begin mixing and drain additional cans using grate, as shown below 10. Begin prepping yellow bucket: • Eggs • Lemon Juice • Vanilla Condensed milk
11. Stop mixer and scrape sides of bowl(s) 12. Pour in yellow bucket mix 13. Start mixer and bring up to speed. Green Start Buttons
14. Move mixing bowls to dropper queue 15. After dropping: • Scrape excess batter off sides of bowl
