  1. Jennifer, Carla, Sarah, Nisa And Ometa Preliminary Task

Narrative • A Nervous Young Teenage Girl, Meets Up With Her Close Friends After Coming To A Conclusion that She Might Be Pregnant. • Her Three Friends Then Accompany Her To The Clinic, Were She Awaits her Results From a Previous Pregnancy Test taken there. • She is shortly invited into the doctors office. • After Knocking On The Door, She Walks In And Meets Her Doctor Who Tells Her She Is Pregnant. • The Doctor Congratulates Her, Unfortunately The Results Are Not What She Expected, And Is Now Left Devastated. • The Pregnant Girl Leaves ,To Be Comforted By Her Friends.

  3. Location • The Scenes Will Be Filmed Inside Westminster Kingsway College, In A Room Made To Look Like A Clinic. This is only because we are not able to use a real clinic. • We Also Use Another Room, Made To Look Like A Waiting Room for the characters to sit in.

  4. Characters

  5. Dr.Smith • Dr.Smith will be a female doctor in the clinic she will be dressed casually but will wear a white lab coat on top, she will also be wearing glasses to show her intelligence. she will be a caring and understanding person but a little oblivious to peoples feelings. She will speak clear and have a respectful essence to her.

  6. Francesca Marcello Lorenzo • Francesca or “Frankie” will be the young teenage pregnant girl. She is rather shy and quite. During the whole clip she seems anxious and worried. The audience is made to feel sympathetic towards ‘Frankie’ as she knows she done wrong but hopes for the best. She seems sensible and understanding towards the situation but a little vulnerable too. Frankie will be wearing casual clothes, perhaps dark coloures to convey her mood such as grays and blacks. To show Francesca's sadness and worry she will be very unhappy and be frowning a lot, she may cry and perhaps her hands will be shaking to show her fear.

  7. Molly • Molly plays one of Francesca's best friend, she comes along to the clinic to support her friend. But she is a laud and slightly dopey character as she finds herself inspecting the room and day dreaming most of the time. She attempts to cheer her friend up but her humor isn't understood by the others. She has a bright and happy personality which stands out. molly will be wearing bright clothes such as pinks and yellows, and patterned clothing to show her mixed state of mind and interest in cute things. Molly will be rather slow and have a child mannerism she will not pay attention to things and lose interest fast.

  8. Ronnie • Ronnie is also one of Francesca's friends who is also there to support her friend and probably most out of the rest. She remains calm and tries to relax Frankie and help comfort her. She seems intelligent and points out facts a lot. She is reliable and a complete contrast to the other two friends. As she is dressed casually and isn't as out spoken. Ronnie will be dressed casually and not made to stand out as she is a quite character. she may also be wearing glasses to chow her intelligence . Ronnie will be loving towards her friends and give hugs and sit closely .

  9. Skye • Skye is also one for the three friends who seems more interested in her appearance then her friends emotions at times, she is confident and cares about her appearance. She is constantly fixing her hair and make up and advising others on how to look good. She doesn’t come across as intelligent and is also rather loud. She will wear really trendy clothes and made to look pretty. The colours may be bright to show her attitude to life.

  10. Costume.Props.Make up • We will have a wide range of props such as chairs, for the waiting room. Leaflets to fill the room with to add the feeling that it is a clinic. There will be a lab coat for the doctor to wear as it helps make her stand out and emphasize her occupation. There will be glasses for the doctor and the friend Ronnie. There may be some mobile phones used to show the characters youthfulness and bags to show they are students.

  11. Lighting • The lighting will change from being bright and high key as the friends are all together in the waiting room but slightly darker in Francesca's area to show her discomfort. It will then change to low key in the doctors office to show that maybe unwanted news will be given and emphasize franckie’s feelings.
