SNHS Objectives • Encourage and recognize scientific and intellectual thought • Advance the students’ knowledge of classical and modern science • Communicate with the scientific community • Aid the civic community with its comprehension of science • Encourage students to participate in community service and in turn, encourage a dedication to the pursuit of scientific knowledge that benefits all humankind

  3. Criteria • 3.0 overall GPA • 3.7 Science GPA • Juniors who will have at least 3 science credits by the end of this year (2 or more Honors level) • Seniors who will have acquired at least 4 science credits by the end of the year (3 or more Honors level)

  4. Commitment • Tutoring Time • Sign up at www.signupgenius.com • One Session first semester • Two Sessions second semester • Community Service • Research Project • Poster project • Presented in April • $5.00 membership dues

  5. Officers • President and Vice President • Officers must give 2 lectures • 10-15 minutes each • Each SNHS member must attend a lecture
