S. Air Force though joint operation of Space Weather Operations and in space weather observing programs. • SEC is the World Warning Agency of the International Space Environment Service (ISES) and is the primary mover in organizing data, forecast, and technology exchange between ISES members. • SEC staff played a central role in developing the Second Edition of the National Space Weather Program Implementation Plan and the National Security Space Architecture Transition Plan. • SEC is organizer or co-organizer of many symposia on space weather including Space Weather Week, Chapman Conferences, and COSPAR sessions. National Space Weather Program National Security Space Architecture Study Planned Solar-Solar Wind Research Models The NSSA study included the most exhaustive analysis of space weather users and their requirements that has been done. It forms the basis for a number of other plans that address the users, their needs, and the ability of the space weather services community to meet them. SEC played a core role in the NSSA study, especially with the documentation of needs and capability. Sensor plans proposed in the NSSA study were modified in the NSSA transition plan and the NSWP plan to reflect further scientific evaluation of the validity of the proposed solutions.
