  2. The Family • Boys shaved their heads except for a pony tail • Got married at 20 With parents approval • Marriage was just a contract between the families • Babies gave couples prestige (Ramses had 150 children)

  5. Clothing • Egyptians had Combs, mirrors, and razors • Washed twice a day • Wore wigs and lots of black makeup • Clothing were woven cotton tunics and white kilts for men who went shirt less • Leather sandals • Jewellery consisted of necklaces, rings and gold bracelets
