These should be outcomes-oriented, measurable, and verifiable. 2 What do you expect to achieve with this objective? What results do you expect to see at the end of the year? What will measure and verify the achievement of this objective? 3 Who is the person to be contacted for information regarding each of these objectives? 4 Your unit’s objectives should address, or be compatible with, one or more of the Institutional Objectives. 5 I.E.
