  2. Change the name in the user information to Tom Smith. File Options General

  3. Where should you click to open the help function? map of the island boats guns food traps compass

  5. Where should you click to change the view?

  6. On slide 1 apply a background colour of your choice Fighting Money Ship Rough Seas

  7. Remove the image of the treasure from the bottom right corner of all slides. For Pirates!

  8. Enter the text Treasure Island in the footer for all slides. North South West East

  9. On slide 6 copy the word Money to slide 7 before the words for Pirates!

  10. On slide 3 apply sentence case to the lines in the numbered list.

  11. On slide 4 decrease the indent from the name Joe and make it part of the numbered list.

  12. On slide 8 increase the line spacing for the numbered list to 2 lines.

  13. On slide 8, change the numbered list to a bulleted list of your choice.

  14. Insert a column to the right of the Captain column.

  15. Change the chart type to pie chart.

  16. Add the chart title ‘Pirate Treasure’.

  17. Apply value data labels to all columns in the chart.

  18. Change the background Chart area colour to a solid colour.

  19. Change the yellow bars in the chart to red.

  20. Insert the hierarchical organisational chart layout labelled Organization Chart.

  21. 1. Demote the box Peter so that it will appear below the box Paul2. Remove the box Ruth

  22. Increase the line width of the circle to 2 points.

  23. Change the end style of the black arrow to an end style of your choice.

  24. 1. Apply Fade transitions to all slides.2. Change the slide transition duration of slide 23 to 1.00

  25. 1. Remove the animation effect for the title.2. Apply start ‘on click’ animation to the triangle. THANK YOU!

  26. Apply the note ‘Call Office’ on this slide.

  27. Hide slide 24.

  28. Apply a design theme (template) of your choice.

  29. Zoom the presentation to 66%

  30. Change the layout of this slide to ‘Two Content’

  31. 1. Change the font size of the text ‘Captain Hook’ below to 32 point.2. Apply shadow effect.3. Centre the text. Captain Hook

  32. Save the presentation on your desktop with the filename: Ready.
